Pizza Pot Pie

Pizza Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, small dice
  • 1 cup white mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded & small dice
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded & small dice
  • 1/4 cup canned black olives, drained & sliced
  • 250g pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
  • 2 cups light mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package store-bought pizza dough
  • all-purpose flour for dusting
  • cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 4 large ramekins with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine red onion, baby spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, pepperoni, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and marinara sauce. Mix well.

Step 3

Divide the mixture between ramekins and top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

rinkle a clean work surface with flour, roll out pizza dough to 1/4" thick.

Step 5

Use a ramekin as a guide and cut out 4 rounds of dough, one inch larger than the ramekins.

Step 6

Brush the dough rounds with water and lay over ramekins, pressing them to the ramekins. Set ramekins onto a baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake for 20 -30 minutes until dough is puffed and golden brown.

Step 8

Let ramekins stand 5 minutes before serving.
